<p>Disclosed are an inter-cell interference coordination method and system. The method includes: counting by a first cell the number of user devices whose QoS is substandard, or the number of user devices whose radio link has failed therein; and adjusting the RNTP threshold(s) of the first cell and/or a second cell adjacent thereto according to the number and a preset number threshold. The present invention can realize inter-cell interference coordination according to the variation in the network load, thus optimizing the performance of the cell edge.</p> |
