<p>PURPOSE: A biosensor using the combination of polynucleotide corresponding to conductive particles is provided to sensitively and specifically detect a target polynucleotide. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor using the combination of polynucleotide corresponding to conductive particles contains: a substrate; a plurality of first conductive particles conjugated with one end of one or more first oligonucleotides; a plurality of second conductive particles conjugated with one end of one or more second oligonucleotides; a plurality of first polynucleotide linkers having a sequence which complementarily binds to the first oligonucleotide; a plurality of polynucleotide linkers which complementarily binds to the second oligonucleotide and do not complementarily bind to the fiber oligonucleotide; two metal electrodes in which one or more firs polynucleotide linkers are fixed.
