摘要 <p>There is no technology for the simple and highly efficient sequencing of nucleic acid single molecules in conventional nucleic acid analysis devices and nucleic acid analyzers. The present invention makes possible the highly efficient, inexpensive immobilization of nucleic acid single molecules in a short amount of time and with good reproducibility by disposing a minute adhesive band made of a metal at a desired position on a support substrate, affixing a hydrophobic linker to the adhesive band, and joining bulky microparticles that are obtained when single molecules of a nucleic acid sample segment are immobilized on the linker. By means of the present invention, it is possible to increase the length of the bases read and to simultaneously analyze multiple nucleic acid molecules to be analyzed.</p>
