PURPOSE: A terminal including a turn allocating function through online chatting, a system thereof, and a method thereof are provided to quickly supply a turn allocating system and obtain an economical effect by using a chatting server without an additional turn reservation system. CONSTITUTION: A transceiving unit(210) transceives a message with a chatting server. An allocation requesting unit(240) generates a request message for turn allocation. An authority determining unit(220) determines authority to allocate turns for performing a role of a turn allocating server. A turn allocating unit(230) allocates the turns to one or more terminals requesting the turn allocation. The turn allocating unit performs the role of the turn allocating server.
