PURPOSE: A precipitate discharge prevention apparatus for an oil tank is provided to prevent precipitates from discharged with oil from a tank main body. CONSTITUTION: A precipitate discharge prevention apparatus for an oil tank comprises the following: a tank main body(10) including an oil storage space(11); an inflow pipe including an oil inflow hole(21) on one side for providing an oil inflow line for inserting oil into the oil storage space; a discharge pipe(30) including an oil discharge hole(31) for providing an oil outflow line for discharging the oil from the oil stage space; a buoyancy body(60) rotating an auxiliary discharge pipe to the upward and downward directions; a sealing unit sealing the oil discharge hole, and including an oil inlet hole on one side; a sealing body(51a) including a temporary storage space for the oil; a door unit opening and closing the temporary storage space; an extension unit(52a) including a first oil insertion hole(52aa) extended from the opposite side of the oil inlet hole; a rotary unit(52b) including a second oil insertion hole(52ba); and a bellows pipe connected to one outer side of the extension unit and one outer side of the rotary unit.
