PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption reduction apparatus, a power consumption reduction method, and a power consumption reduction program which are capable of efficiently reducing power consumption of facility equipment.

SOLUTION: The power consumption reduction apparatus according to the present invention comprises: traffic line detection means 1 for detecting traffic line information indicating a traffic line of a person from images obtained by photographing a predetermined location by photographing means; and facility equipment control means 2 for controlling facility equipment on the basis of the traffic line information detected by the traffic line detection means 1.
