<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper processing device having a constitution can surely preventing turbulence of an image, without shaving the image in scraping-off, without causing complication and an enlargement of the constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The constitution that can set a state of switching back the paper rear end toward a stopper 220 in staple work by contacting and separating a first carrier roller 205 and a second carrier roller 206 for sandwiching and carrying paper and a state of ejecting a paper bundle after postprocessing, includes a hard part 300 for carrying the paper bundle by abutting on the second carrier roller 206 in the axial direction of the first carrier roller 205, and soft parts 301a and 301b for scraping off the paper by contacting with the paper, and the soft parts are arranged in two places or more in at least the axial direction, and are formed in a larger diameter than the hard part 300.
