FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: in method of high-frequency signals generation excitation conditions in a form of amplitudes balance and phase balance are simultaneously performed at specified frequency number due to interaction of high-frequency signals with radio-technical circuit in a form of two-pole non-linear element with negative differential resistance. Device includes additional two-pole device (5), four-pole device (3), two-pole non-linear element (1) with negative differential resistance, load (4), four-pole device (3) is done in a form of T-shaped connection of four resistive two-pole devices (6), (7), (8), 9, supposed constituents of resistance of additional two-pole device (5) and load (4) are realised in a form of reactive two-pole devices made in a form of sequentially connected parallel circuit from elements with parameters L1k, C1k and sequential line from elements with parameters L2k C2k. ^ EFFECT: increase of generated vibrations range, generation of high-frequency signals at specified frequency number. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
