<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work shift table generation support system allowing correct extraction, from the past work shift table, of a shift condition to be applied when generating an actual work shift plan table. <P>SOLUTION: A rule extraction device 2 includes: reading means 21 for capturing a past work shift table 1 having a date direction and a worker direction; pre-process means 22 for arranging each cell data of the work shift table captured by the reading means in association with data of the worker direction or date direction; temporary shift condition setting means 23 for selecting a candidate for a shift condition, as a temporary shift condition, from the process data arranged by the pre-process means; shift condition extraction means 24 for extracting, as a final shift condition, a temporary shift condition satisfying a predetermined condition by applying a statistical examination to the data of the work shift table; and output means 27 for outputting the final shift condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
