The following relationships hold true: {(tg×Eg)/(tp×Ep)}×(tg/R)≦̸0.1, and 1×10−5≦̸tg/R≦̸1×10−3, where tg [m] represents a thickness of the glass film (2), Eg [Pa] represents a tensile modulus of elasticity of the glass film (2), tp [m] represents a thickness of the resin film (3), Ep [Pa] represents a tensile modulus of elasticity of the resin film (3), and R [m] represents an outer diameter of the roll core (4).
