<p>Disclosed are a method and device for implementing VoiceXML call control. The method includes: a VoiceXML parser invokes a pre-extended event distribution tag, obtains parameter information about one or more new incoming call events by means of the event distribution tag, and transfers the parameter information to a VoiceXML script module; the VoiceXML script module invokes an asynchronous sub-dialogue tag according to the parameter information, creates one or more sub-dialogues corresponding to the one or more call events by way of the asynchronous sub-dialogue tag, interacts with a terminal in the one or more sub-dialogues, and notifies the event distribution tag after each sub-dialogue is completed. By way of the above processing, the VoiceXML call control capability can be realized simply and conveniently, and the VoiceXML will have sufficient intelligent network service development capability to replace the current service development method.</p> |
