FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: structures of multicomponent rod-piston assembly with seal of cylinder-piston group represent the assembly consisting of composite piston, rod, compression and oil ring, composite piston includes three parts - bottom of piston with lock for its fixture in two symmetrical halves of composite housing of piston in bosses of which there are mounting seats for two needle bearings designed for installation of piston axes in them, and in order to provide the rigidity of connection of composite piston, both symmetric halves of piston are connected to each other by means of crimping sleeve in external surface in which there made are grooves for installation of one all-metal piston compression ring and one assembled oil ring, which have on inner annular surface the grooves to provide elastic deformation and compensation of temperature expansion. ^ EFFECT: reduction of weight of piston group; improvement of reliability of rod-piston group; reduction of mechanical losses. ^ 4 dwg |
