摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for obtaining a threshold value and a standard curve in real-time polymerase chain reaction is provided to obtain an accurate standard curve reflected synthetically data from amplification curves, thereby accurately performing quantification of a polynucleotide. CONSTITUTION: Polynucleotide groups with a different initial polynucleotide concentration performs polymerase chain reaction. The polymerase chain reaction includes amplification cycles. A probe detects a signal according to the amount of the polynucleotide amplified. The number of amplification cycles and an application profile curve for signal strength are obtained from the signal strength obtained by amplifying the polynucleotide groups.
