The device for treating a porous filtration medium, comprises a receiving part (2) that is attachable on a lower part with the porous filtration medium, where an outer wall (5) of the receiving part is positioned in an area of the filtration medium usable for filtration, and a fixing edge (11) arranged in the receiving part is positionable on the edge of the filtration medium. The receiving part comprises a filtration aid (3) that is connected with an outlet (4) for a reverse flushing, on its side turned away from the filtration medium. The lower part of a first filtration device is removable from the receiving part. A detachable collecting vessel is connected with the outlet. The fixing edge of the receiving part is connectable with the edge of the filtration medium over an adhesive bond or clamping. The fixing edge of the receiving part or the edge of the filtration medium comprises an adhesive layer from a suitable adhesive. A cover corresponding to the receiving part is attachable with filtration medium and the cover comprises a free zone that forms as a reservoir and distributor for rinsing fluid. The cover comprises a closure having closeable opening on its side turned away from the receiving part. A removable filter and/or a corresponding absorption unit is/are present between the outlet and the collecting vessel, that allows for further treatment of concentrating, cleaning and elution. The lower part and the receiving part are disposable. |
