PURPOSE: A membrane humidifier for a fuel cell is provided to enable wet air to uniformly penetrate into a center part of a hollow fiber membrane through a wet air-injection hole of each separation module, thereby capable of improving moisturizing effectiveness to dry air flowing through the central part of the hollow fiber membrane. CONSTITUTION: A membrane humidifier for a fuel cell comprises: a hollow type housing(101) with a wet air inlet(104) formed through one side and a wet air outlet(105) formed through the other side; a joint chamber formed on an inner side of the hollow type housing to one body; many internal divided modules, through which a wet air injection hole is formed, arranged to adjacent each other inside the hollow type housing while coupled to the joint member, and hollow-fiber membrane bundles(107) inserted into the each of the internal divided modules.
