SOLUTION: This net commonly used for breaking wind/rain and snow comprises a net 1 having a plurality of blinds 2. Band body-shaped trimming 3 is installed around the blinds. Thus those defects such as damage by storm, entry of rain water, and damage by snow can be eliminated.
