PURPOSE: A method for managing green life and a system thereof are provided to conveniently practice green life by using a card medium. CONSTITUTION: A card reading terminal(100) reads card medium information of a card medium. The card reading terminal transmits the card medium information and a product purchase list. A energy measuring terminal(300) stores user information of a user. The energy measuring terminal measures the amount of energy consumption of the user. A managing server(200) communicates the card reading terminal and the energy measuring terminal.
