PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a long-span deck plate capable of simultaneously applying prestress to high-strength steel bars is provided to improve the structural safety of a deck plate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a long-span deck plate capable of simultaneously applying prestress to high-strength steel bars is as follows. A deck plate body composed of a cover plate, multiple support beams, and partition plates is prepared. The partition plates connect the adjacent support beams to each other. Pressure is applied to the deck plate body using a hydraulic cylinder of an external tension device. High-strength steel bars are inserted into steel bar insertion holes formed on the partition plates, and both ends of the high-strength steel bars are fixed to the partition plates. The pressure applied to the deck plate body is removed, and prestress is simultaneously applied to the fixed high-strength steel bars.
