CONSTITUTION: A chemical introducing apparatus of a sewage and wastewater treating facility includes a coagulant mixing and distributing bath(110) and a mixed solution distributing part. The coagulant mixing and distributing bath mixes coagulant and water and distributes the mixed solution to be discharged. The mixed solution distributing part is combined with both sides of the coagulant mixing and distributing bath. The mixed solution, which is discharged from the coagulant mixing and distributing bath, flows through the mixed solution distributing part to be introduced into sewage and wastewater in a reactor.
