PURPOSE: A power generating system using a fluid expansion is provided to control the pressure of fluid in a second side of an engine, and to produce electricity by applying rotary energy to a power generating unit. CONSTITUTION: A power generating system using a fluid expansion comprises a rotary valve(100), a rotary engine(200), and a generating unit(400). The rotary engine comprises an engine housing, an engine rotor, a shaft axis, a rotary blade, an inflow port, and a discharge port. One side of the rotary blade contacts with an inner surface of a actuating chamber, and the other side slides onto the engine rotor. The fluid discharged from the rotary valve flows into one side of the actuating chamber through the inflow port. The discharge port faces the inflow port, and discharges decompressed fluid.
