PURPOSE: A beverage pack case capable of preventing the spilling of a beverage is provided to prevent the leakage of the beverage when infants, the elderly, or severely disabled users drop or press a beverage pack. CONSTITUTION: A beverage pack case(10) includes a case body(11) and a case lid(21). The case body and the case lid are combined to each other using a hinge(12) to be opened and closed. Packets(31, 32) are fitted to the locations for fitting a straw for the beverage pack in semi-circular shapes. An air vent(40) is installed on one lower side of the case body for inflowing air into the case. The beverage pack case is provided to a material selected from a synthetic resin or an iron material. A straw for infants include a hanging sill for preventing the separation of the straws from the packets.
