PURPOSE: A foot pressure plate is provided to promote blood circulation and to maintain a foot in a dry stain while massaging the foot. CONSTITUTION: A foot pressure plate comprises an upper plate(2), a lower plate(3), and an acupressure bead(4). The upper plate is combined with the upper part of the lower plate and exposes a part of the acupressure bead by forming an exposure hole in the opposite side of seating grooves. In the lower plate, seating grooves are formed. A space part is formed between the upper plate and lower plat. An ultraviolet ray lamp is installed in the space part.
