PURPOSE: A commercialization system with online media and a commercialization method thereof are provided to enable an idea and technology provider to acquire investment promotion and technical evaluation by supplying an idea or technology contents to the public without the risk of pirating. CONSTITUTION: A server(20) includes the followings. A storage unit(21) stores an idea or technology information uploaded by an idea and technology provider. A controller(23) permits access for a user to the idea or the technology information through an authentication process. The controller transmits basic information of the user to the idea and technology provider. The controller distributes investment returns according to the commercialization of the idea or the technology information to the user.
