PURPOSE: A degradation evaluating device of a LED(Light-Emitting Diode) package is provided to secure the accurate reliability and life expectancy data of elements. CONSTITUTION: A fixture(150) includes one or more LEDs, a bracket, a heating plate, and a cooling plate. The bracket includes a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the LEDs. The heating plate and the cooling plate heat or cool the bracket. A light receiving unit(140) receives a light of the LEDs of the fixture. A constant current supplying unit(160) supplies a constant current to the LEDs. A recording device(130) displays a graph of the light intensity of the light receiving unit, a driving current of each LED, and the temperature. A control unit controls both the temperature of the LEDs and the light receiving operation of the light receiving unit. The control unit controls the constant current, the temperature of each LED, and the light receiving unit so that the recording device displays the light intensity.
