PURPOSE: A connector and a method for connecting a capacitor to a terminal metal fitting are provided to improve workability by arranging the capacitor between a pair of electrode contact parts. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor(2) comprises a pair of electrodes. A pair of terminal metal fittings(3) comprises a pair of electrode contact parts and a terminal part. The pair of electrode contact parts respectively contacts the pair of electrodes. The terminal part is extended from the pair of electrode contact parts. A plate maintains a gap between the pair of terminal metal fittings. The pair of electrode contact parts respectively comprises an inclined part.
