PURPOSE: A medical information managing network and a method thereof are provided to synthetically manage medical information by sending medical information about a medical service user by email. CONSTITUTION: A medical service user terminal(10) inputs medical information application agreement information of a medical service user. The medical service user terminal transmits the inputted information to a medical information integrated management system(30). The medical service user terminal stores an email account received from the medical information integrated management system. The medical service user terminal transmits information about the medical service user and the email account to a plurality of medical institution systems(20).
