PURPOSE: A power consumption control method for a user terminal is provided to transmit measurement information to a medical service providing server by connecting the user terminal to a repeater. CONSTITUTION: A repeater stores measurement information received from a health apparatus. When the AP(Access Point) operation signal input unit of a user terminal is selected, the user terminal connects to the repeater(300). The user terminal receives the measurement information from the repeater(400). The user terminal retransmits the measurement information to a medical service providing server.
