PURPOSE: A form eliminating method is provided to completely eliminate forms due to oxygen dissolved in an adhesive, thereby manufacturing a reliable product. CONSTITUTION: A thin film display and a cover are loaded(S1). Plasma surface treatment is performed on a cover bonding surface of the thin film display(S2). A liquid adhesive is coated on a surface of the thin film display(S3). The cover is bonded with the thin film display by the coated adhesive(S4). Remaining voids are eliminated from an autoclave in the thin film display with which the cover is combined(S5).
