PURPOSE: A tin-zinc plating solution is provided to obtain a uniform plating layer on a low-current portion by adding nicotinic acid and cocamidopropyl betaine into electrolyte consisting of tin and zinc. CONSTITUTION: A tin-zinc alloy plating solution comprises 1.0-5.0 g/L of organic acid tin, 15-40 g/L of zinc chloride, 90-150 g/L of citric acid, 80-140 g/L of 25% ammonium hydroxide, 15-50 g/L of boric acid, 40-60 g/L of ammonium sulfate, 1.0-10 g/L of disodium laureth sulfo suceinate, 0.1-0.6 g/L of nicotinic acid, and 1.0-10 g/L of cocamidopropyl betaine.
