The helmet has a protective shell (1) and a vision element (2) that is utilized for protecting eyes and face of a motorcyclist. The vision element switches between a retracted or protective position in which the element primarily closes an enclosure delimited with an inner part of the helmet, and a raised or rest position. The vision element comprises a ventilation visor with a perforated part (4) extended in line with nose and mouth of the motorcyclist in the protective position to provide ventilation.
