PURPOSE: A bridge inspection ladder of safe structure is provided to secure the safe moving and the safe inspection working of a worker by comprising guarding tools for safety. CONSTITUTION: A bridge inspection ladder of safe structure is composed of as follows. A ladder stairs(42) is fixed in a barrier(22) for a worker to climb the ladder and forms space for moving on a handrail ladder(40). A ladder step(45) is coupled with the upper portion of the ladder stairs to be folded for the safe entrance of a worker. A ladder cover(50) having a locking projection(52) is coupled with the upper portion of the space projection(43) of the space for moving on a handrail ladder.
