<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft device of a motorcycle that can be arranged while effectively using a storage space or other spaces of a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: In a motorcycle, a steering device (47) for steering a front wheel (32) is mounted in a head pipe (12) in a front part of a vehicle body frame (11), a head lamp (34) is mounted in the steering device (47), and an anti-theft device (50) that has main components formed from resins in the head lamp (34) and can wirelessly transmit measured positional information is provided.
