<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a wire harness while surely protecting it. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness mounting structure includes: a parallel member extending in a direction parallel to the wire harness to be mounted; cross members protruding from the parallel member so as to be opposed to the upper side surface of the wire harness or the lower side surface thereof; and space parts which are formed between the cross member and the cross member.
