<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump unit that can prevent adverse effects of electric equipment and the like to the other apparatus when water leakage occurs in a water flow path connecting the outside and a water heat exchanger, and whose maintenance can be performed easily and securely. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump unit X includes: a water heat exchanger 2 for performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and water; a water circuit 20 for supplying water supplied from outside to the outside passing through the water heat exchanger 2; a compressor 1 for compressing a refrigerant; an air heat exchanger 3 for exchanging heat between the refrigerant and outdoor air; and a refrigerant pipe 6 connecting the compressor 1, the water heat exchanger 2, and the air heat exchanger 3 and having the refrigerant circulated therein. The water heat exchanger 2 is disposed at the bottom part of a heat pump unit X, the water circuit 20 and the compressor 1 are provided adjacent to the water heat excahnger 2, on a side part of the heat pump unit X, and electric equipment 5 for controlling the heat pump unit X is provided at a position above the refrigerant pipe 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
