<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove with a pan bottom temperature sensor, allowing cooking while preventing inclination of a cooking container even if the cooking container such as a lightweight saucepan with a small capacity is used. <P>SOLUTION: This gas cooking stove 1 includes the pan bottom temperature sensor 8 which has a thermal head 11 projecting in a vertically movable manner from the center of a stove burner 4 and which detects temperature of the cooking container P by allowing the thermal head 11 to elastically abut on the bottom of the cooking container P placed on a trivet 6. In the gas cooking stove, an abutting member 9 is provided. The abutting member is arranged between the pan bottom temperature sensor 8 and the trivet 6, vertically moves in synchronization with the thermal head 11 of the pan bottom temperature sensor, and abuts on the bottom of the cooking container at three portions or more at predetermined intervals along the periphery of the pan bottom temperature sensor 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
