<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and cost in determining conditions of manufacturing tube expansion that is manufactured only by an inner surface tool, which conventionally tends to take time and cost, and also to provide facilitated industrialization. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing tube expansion of a metallic tube includes: evaluating a shape of a workpiece by a tube expansion processing simulation while a tip of the workpiece 10 passes through a shoulder part of a tool 1 by 1.0 m or more; obtaining a pipe stock shape and a tool shape by repeated computation so that the shape thereof is controlled within a condition of ±1% or less of a target outer diameter, ±7.5% or less of a target material thickness and 1.0 mm or less of a clearance between an inner surface of the workpiece and the tool; and setting the condition as an actual condition of manufacturing pipe expansion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
