<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot extraction device capable of extracting a parking lot appropriate for a user by referring to snow relevant information regarding at least one of snowfall, snow accumulation, snow removal, and snow melting. <P>SOLUTION: A navigation control part 33A extracts a parking lot matching to a predetermined condition from among a plurality of parking lots based on parking lot information to be distributed by DSRC. The navigation control part 33A acquires snow relevant information which is at least one of snowfall, snow accumulation, snow removal, and snow melting of the parking lot to be distributed by the DSRC.
