PURPOSE: A personal connection management service server, a system thereof, and a method thereof are provided to supply a personal connection service to a user by additionally considering personal connections of acquaintances as well as personal connections registered in an address book of the user. CONSTITUTION: A database(120) stores personal information and personal connection information of a first user to an n-user. If a search word for personal connection is received from a first portable terminal, an analyzing unit(130) analyzes the personal connection information about a second user to an n-user. The analyzing unit extracts first candidate users registering the first user as an acquaintance. The analyzing unit analyzes personal information about the extracted first candidate users.
