<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently prevent a processing cost from increasing and to sufficiently prevent the quality of a processed product from degrading, when a plate-like base material having an inclined end surface is formed. <P>SOLUTION: A mold for forming the inclined end surface of the base material includes: a die 22 having a die-side curved surface 40 that is curved with a predetermined curvature radius; a deformation punch 24 having a punch-side curved surface 44 that is curved with a curvature radius opposite to the curvature radius of the die-side curved surface 40; and a cutting punch 26 that is arranged adjacent to the deformation punch 24 and can move along a direction in which the die 22 and the deformation punch 24 are arranged. The cutting punch 26 moves from a side of the deformation punch 24 to a side of the die 22 along the arrangement direction of the die 22 and deformation punch 24 and cuts a portion protruded from between the die 22 and the deformation punch 24, when viewed from the arrangement direction of the die 22 and deformation punch 24, in the base material 2 that is curved and deformed according to the curvature radii of the die-side and punch-side curved surfaces 40 and 44 while holding the base material between the die 22 and the deformation punch 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
