<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for attaining the output, display and recording of three-dimensional images without modifying an endoscope camera within conditions that a three-dimensional camera for an endoscope is limited in size with a diameter of only 5 mm to 11 mm because of being inserted in the body. <P>SOLUTION: The surgery support device includes a centralized management device for distributing and transmitting input images from the three-dimensional camera to a plurality of two-dimensional display devices, three-dimensional display devices and recording devices; an image processor 1 carrying out pattern matching, structure identification and feature extraction; and an image processor 2 carrying out image synchronization and image composition. Images input from the three-dimensional endoscope camera are processed and corrected into the same three-dimensional images as an object, and displayed on the three-dimensional display devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
