PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversation system utilizing cartilage conduction.

SOLUTION: A conversation system comprises a ring 100 and a hearing aid body 200. The ring 100 includes: a first short-range radio communication part 108; a vibration output part 101 provided at a position in contact with a finger for converting a voice signal received by the first short-range radio communication part 108 to cartilage conduction vibration and outputting it; and a first power supply part 104 feeding the first short-range radio communication part 108 and the vibration output part 101. The hearing aid body 200 includes: a second short-range radio communication part 201 performing radio communication with the first short-range radio communication part 108; a microphone 205; a voice signal output part 204 making the second short-range radio communication part 201 output voice received by the microphone 205 as a voice signal; and a second power supply part 208 feeding the second short-range radio communication part 201, the microphone 205, and the voice signal output part 204.
