<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a system power management system in which consumers to be notified of the energy saving request are precisely selected by simple computation, and fairness can be secured based on the contracts which are concluded between the consumers and an electric power company and related to the power use amount. <P>SOLUTION: When the energy saving request to the consumers is created, the power supply amount notified from smart meters 17 of the customers is normalized by the contract amount of power use in a mesh area management server 4, a threshold value for selecting the consumers as a target of energy saving based on a normalization result is determined using the statistical distribution and database of the normalized power supply amount of each consumer, and the energy saving request is notified to the consumers which have the power supply amount exceeding the threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
