<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that forms an excellent image on a transfer material. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a conveyance part 70 that conveys a transfer material S having a substrate Sb and a conductive layer Se formed on the substrate Sb; a first conductive member 62a that contacts a surface having the conductive layer Se of the transfer material S conveyed by the conveyance part 70; an image carrier belt 40 that carries an image developed with liquid developer containing toner and carrier liquid; a roller 43 that lays the image carrier belt 40 thereover, contacts the surface of the transfer material S that is brought into contact with the first conductive member 62a via the image carrier belt 40, and transfers the image carried on the image carrier belt 40 to the transfer material S with a potential to be applied; a heating member 64 that heats the transfer material S on which the image is transferred; and a second conductive member 63a that contacts the surface of the transfer material S heated by the heating member 64. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
