<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail correcting device which is easily attachable to and removable from a deformed nail and hardly separates from the nail, and can provide a proper and uniform corrective force while reducing a patient's pain, and to provide a medical set for nail correction. <P>SOLUTION: The nail correcting device includes: a cylindrical body 11 cylindrically formed from an elastic material; and a slit 21 formed from one end of the cylindrical body 11 to the other end thereof along the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body 11, the slit being inserted to the front end edge of the nail 1 to hold a nail 1. The cylindrical body 11 includes plural pairs of holding teeth 13 divided plurally in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body by dividing grooves 12 formed from the slit 21 along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body 11, the holding tooth pieces holding the front end edge of the nail across the slit; and coupling pieces 14 connecting mutually adjacent holding teeth 13 on the opposite side of the slit respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
