Disclosed in the present invention are a method and an apparatus for timing configuration in a carrier aggregation system, which aim to solve the technical problem that when cross-carrier scheduling is preformed in the existing multi-carrier system, resource allocation for secondary carriers is restricted due to the timing relationship between a primary carrier and secondary carriers, so that the resources of secondary carriers in the same time slot can not be allocated completely. With the present invention, different scheduling methods are employed for different timing configurations, and by means of keeping a fixed timing offset between the start times of radio frames at the primary carrier and secondary carriers, it can be realized that the primary carrier is able to completely schedule and use the carrier resources of secondary carriers in the same time slot when cross-carrier scheduling is preformed in the multi-carrier system. |
