<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable liquid crystal composition, easy to control a tilt angle, having a liquid crystal expression area of wide range, and having high refractive index anisotropy. <P>SOLUTION: The polymerizable liquid crystal composition contains at least one compound selected from the group of fluorene derivatives having a cinnamate coupling expressed by Formula (1) and a fluorene skeleton, and at least one compound selected from the group of fluorene derivatives having a fluorene skeleton.
