<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a Pachinko game system configured to prevent a fraudulent act of forcibly changing the level of a dispensing request signal sent from a prepaid record medium-reading unit to a Pachinko game machine and fraudulently dispensing lent balls. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 62 of a dispensing control board 60 measures a time period ta in which a dispensing request signal BRQ received from the prepaid record medium-reading unit 100 is changed to a high level in one cycle (S32).
