PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently control the quantity of light of a plurality of light sources different in luminescent color from one another with a simple circuit structure.

SOLUTION: A first step-down chopper circuit 26a outputs current to an LED 14a and lights an LED 14a by optical output in accordance with a current value of the current. A second step-down chopper circuit 26b outputs current to an LED 14b and lights the LED 14b by optical output in accordance with a current value of the current. A control unit 29 controls the first step-down chopper circuit 26a to output current of the current value corresponding to a Duty factor of a dimming signal measured by a microcomputer 30 from the first step-down chopper circuit 26a. Also, the control unit 29 controls the second step-down chopper circuit 26b to output current of the current value corresponding to a cycle of the dimming signal measured by the microcomputer 30 from the second step-down chopper circuit 26b.
