PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy member which, when used in an open-rack vaporizer (ORV), exhibits especially superior corrosion resistance that allows the alloy member to be used under a corrosive environment for a long period, and to provide a heat transfer pipe or header pipe for the ORV.
SOLUTION: The corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy member 20 includes: a base material 21 made of an aluminum alloy; and a sacrificial anodic coating 22 of 250 μm or more in thickness covering at least part of a surface of the base material and made of an aluminum alloy. In a region (surface-side region 22B) of the sacrificial anodic coating 22, ranging from its outermost surface to a depth of 150 μm, an areal percentage of pores 23 on a cross section in the direction of thickness of the sacrificial anodic coating 22 is 5 to 15% and an aerial percentage of coarse pores 23a with a pore diameter of 5 μm or more is 70% or more. In a region (interface-side region 22A) of the sacrificial anodic coating 22, ranging from its outermost surface to an interface 24 with the base material 21 beyond the depth of 150 μm, an areal percentage of the pores 23 on a cross section in the direction of thickness of the sacrificial anodic coating 22 is less than 5% and an aerial percentage of the coarse pores 23a is 60% or less.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
