<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional rotating mechanism having a wide application range. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to the rotations of a first frame body 3, and of a second frame body 9 disposed in the first frame body, a body to be rotated 15 disposed in the frame of the second frame body is made to rotate around a third rotation axis being driven by the rotation of the second frame body, thereby three axes three-dimensional rotation mechanism is configured. The second frame body is made to be driven by the rotation of the first frame body.
